Driven by his desire to move forward and pursue the American dream, he began disputing the negative accounts on his credit report by leveraging federal credit laws. His efforts paid off with outstanding results. Now, 14 years later, he continues to work every single day—alongside his dedicated team—to offer a helping hand to the Latino community living in the U.S., supporting them in repairing and rebuilding their credit with integrity and purpose.

Ray Tejada

General Manager

Ray is our sales master at SCS who laid the foundation for our operations team back in 2017. He established the first building blocks of our business line, including departments, processes, and procedures. Since then, he has led operations with a strong focus on ensuring that our company culture continues to be nurtured and developed, driving consistent growth and long-term success.

Nancy Gonzalez

Operations Manager

Nancy joined the company as Operations Manager to lead and elevate business operations. Building on the legacy established by previous leaders, she laid down a solid foundation while diversifying our business line. She introduced a culture of continuous improvement through new processes and policies that propelled the company to a more advanced corporate level. Thanks to her leadership, we now operate with more effective systems and streamlined workflows that ensure stronger KPI achievement across the board.

Roberto is our PA Coach. From day one, he aligned himself with the culture and core values of SCS. He’s passionate about bringing his strong, rockstar-positive mindset to the table—leaving a powerful impact not only on his team of professionals but on the entire company. Teaching and developing new leaders is his true calling, and he takes pride in growing alongside them until they reach success.

Olga joined the company three years ago, and since then, she has discovered her own capabilities, growing every day into one of the company’s key leaders—dedicated to supporting our greatest asset: our people. Her commitment to the SCS family is rooted in service, leading the path of development both professionally and personally for those around her.

Joyce Ayerdis

Performance Lead

She began her journey with the company in 2021 as a FICO Consultant, where she grew and developed into a corporate trainer. Over time, she has successfully taken on roles such as PA Sales and PA FICO, and today, she holds the position of Performance Lead for the entire Customer Services department at the company.
